Website information

Privacy Policy

Clear information about this website and the way the team handles your request.

The RUP team is responsible for handling inquiries through this website. The site uses this trading name; legal entity and registered-office information for the new service is being updated. For operator or data questions, contact briefs@rupmarketing.com.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, selected service and message. Company and phone are optional. The form also records that you accepted the privacy notice and the time of your request. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential third-party documents.

Our hosting service may record technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and security events. The form uses an essential session cookie, a human check and short-lived anti-abuse records.

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, clarify requirements, discuss a proposal and, if you proceed, administer the service you requested. We use technical information to operate the website and protect it from misuse. We do not use the contact form to enroll you in marketing.

Interactive planning tools

The planning tools run in your browser. Choosing to bring a brief into the contact form transfers those selections locally in the page URL fragment. The team receives the brief only when you submit the form. Planning outputs are illustrative and do not confirm a service, price or booking.

Who can receive information

Our hosting and email providers process technical information and messages needed to operate this website. Team members handling your inquiry can access it. Where a requested service needs a supplier or professional, we discuss the relevant sharing with you and limit it to what is needed. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell inquiry details or share them for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Ordinary website inquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the inquiry is resolved. The team manages deletion of correspondence in its mailbox. If an inquiry leads to a contract, invoicing or another legal obligation, related records may be kept separately for the relevant requirement. Anti-abuse records are removed after they are no longer needed for short-term security checks; essential form sessions expire.

Your choices

Email briefs@rupmarketing.com to request access, correction or deletion of your contact information, or to ask us to stop non-essential follow-up. Our team handles these requests and may need to verify your identity or retain information required by law. Where applicable law provides additional privacy rights, you can ask the team about exercising them.

Cookies and tracking

This deployment uses an essential form-session cookie. We have not installed advertising pixels, marketing trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are hosted with the website. You can block cookies in your browser, but the protected form may then be unavailable; email remains an alternative.

Service emails and security

Read Service emails for the types of messages related to your request. We use HTTPS, server-side validation and access controls to protect submissions. No method of storage or transmission can eliminate every risk.
